HOW TO BE INVOLVED?

HOW MUCH FOOD AND DRINK TO BRING?
Enough bite-sized sample options, or 2-6oz drink samples to cover ~400 guests on event day.
(GGBA will provide each guest with a reusable tasting glass, vendors will bring any other glass or paperware needed to offer their samples)

GUEST EXPERIENCE: (how it will work)
Event attendees (300 attendee cap) will purchase their Eat. Drink. Germantown! ticket for $45 from GGBA.com or at the door.
Upon entry to Eat. Drink. Germantown!, attendees will receive a tasting glass, sponsor bag and a number of "sampling tickets" equal to the number of vendors.
During the event they will redeem these sample tickets at vendor booths for any food or drink sample.
Event attendees will have the option to purchase additional sample tickets from GGBA table for $3 each.
To our vendors: we suggest that each cocktail sample be at least 2oz, each beer sample be at least 6oz, and food can be whatever is consummate of a bite.
Each vendor should reasonably prepare for 1.5 samples of whatever you are offering as a sample. All food, drink & materials that you provided are tax deductible as donations to GGBA 501c3.

LICENSING & INSURANCE
You should not need to carry any additional license of insurance for the event.
GGBA will carry a temporary food-service license and function as the caterer for the event, and food and drink will be considered donations to the GGBA.
GGBA will carry an umbrella event policy covering $1,000,000 to satisfy all insurance requirements.

AWARDS:
During E.D.G!, guests will be able to vote on their favorite items for a light-hearted "Awards Ceremony" at the end of the event.
